Women Empowering Women Institute is continuing its Financial Literacy Series presented by women for women. This five-week program is designed to help chart your own course to a better understanding of finances and how to build a healthy relationship with money.
Financial advisors from HTG Investment Advisors, Inc., a New Canaan, CT based company will lead the series and focus on a variety of topics, including how to:
- Build a solid foundation, get organized, understand your assets, debts, and spending habits
- Create a long-term vision and realize the importance of setting financial goals
- Maximize savings opportunities and priorities to meet your goals
- Learn the basics of how to invest and build a portfolio appropriate for your circumstances
