Program: Navigating the Journey: A Mother’s Perspective – April 24 – May 15
Facilitated by Valerie Mortensen, Parent Coach, this workshop will provide mothers of adult children with substance abuse issues impactful strategies for daily living.
Past Program: DBT Skills Group: Combining Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for a Better Quality of Life – March 6 – May 22nd
Led by Ellen Arcamone, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, this eight week series will focus on how to identify unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and replace them with healthier more effective coping strategies.
