Program: Navigating the Journey: A Mother’s Perspective – April 24 – May 15
Facilitated by Valerie Mortensen, this workshop will provide mothers of adult children with substance abuse issues impactful strategies for daily living.
Modules covered include: Reclaiming Your Center, Establishing Healthy Boundaries, Creating Win-Win Agreements, and Communication Tune-Up.
Valerie’s goal is to become a reliable guide for mothers seeking navigation, hope and faith during unfamiliar and trying times. She has been trained in Invitation to Change Model and CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) and coaching parents around the US since 2020.
