Join us for:

12 week group – Wednesdays 10:00-11:30am

March 6-May 22

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of talking therapy. The goal of DBT is to learn how to change your own behaviors, emotions and thoughts that are linked to problems, which cause pain and unhappiness. DBT will help you build these four modules: 1. Mindfulness, 2. Interpersonal Effectiveness, 3. Emotion Regulation, 4. Distress Tolerance.

Led by Ellen Arcamone, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, the 12 week series’ will focus on how to identify unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and replace them with healthier more effective coping strategies. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidenced based form of cognitive behavior therapy will provide practical tools to help improve your relationships, overall health and wellbeing. The goal is to help you feel more empowered to make the changes necessary to become your best self.
