Led by Ellen Arcamone, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, this eight week series will focus on how to identify unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and replace them with healthier more effective coping strategies. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidenced based form of cognitive behavior therapy will provide practical tools to help improve your relationships, overall health and wellbeing. The goal is to help you feel more empowered in order to make the changes necessary to become your best self.  

Join us for a few sessions or all eight weeks on Tuesday evenings or Thursday mornings.
